It is beneficial for your puppy to be familiar with the grooming environment to prevent possible anxiety later in life.  We recommend bringing them from 12 weeks old, once they have had their second set of vaccinations.

Your little pup will need more time than older dogs, which is why we offer special puppy appointments from £25, where they will slowly be introduced to all the procedures, including a bath, blow dry, hygiene trim. 

If your puppy shows signs that they are not ready for any part of the groom, I will suggest ways in which you can help at home to ensure your puppy knows that being groomed should be a pleasant experience, making them feel safer and happier for their next visit.

Full groom appointments start from 6-8 months old, or once their coat is fully developed.  Prior to this stage, your puppy should still be brought regularly for their brush, bath, blow dry & hygiene trim, to get them used to the sight, sound and smell of the grooming environment.
